The Multicultural Collective Insights Community was formed over the summer of 2020 in response to the civil-rights protests that focused around Black Lives Matter. The group formed around shared goals of better understanding how this moment, and its root causes, are impacting Americans, and American brands. It's led by a diverse team of expert researchers. They are informed by ongoing consumer insights on topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and representation. This group is geared to activate opportunities for professional and organizational development as they undertake a series of consumer-insights projects related to these topics.
